Christmas at Peterstone Court is fires lit, the house dressed for the season, and the Beacons on the doorstep. Come for a party night, a long lunch or dinner, a festive afternoon tea or Sunday lunch with carols — stay the night with time in the spa, or take the whole house and make it properly your own. Dogs welcome, as ever.

From the 1st to the 30th of December, the kitchen’s serving a festive menu worth taking your time over — an easy lunch or a long evening by a real fire. The decorations, as ever, are worth the trip alone.

Some celebrations are better with the door shut and only your favourite people inside. Have Peterstone Court to yourselves this Christmas — all 12 bedrooms, real fires, the decorations we’re rather proud of, and great food and wine.
Available on selected November and December dates, from £3,500 : all 12 bedrooms and up to 24 guests for bed & breakfast, a cream tea on arrival, and a three-course dinner with half a bottle of wine per person.
