The voucher is valid for new bookings only and cannot be used alongside any other offer or discount. Please confirm that you’ll be using a voucher at the time of booking.
Each voucher carries a unique reference ID, and it must be presented on arrival when redeeming your experience. Advance reservations are essential, and all bookings remain subject to availability.
Once the voucher has been redeemed, any remaining balance cannot be carried over to a future visit. Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash, no change is given, and no alternative voucher will be issued for any unused value.
