Remedial massage is a very therapeutic form of massage used to relieve chronic pain, release muscle tension and improve joint mobility problems, often caused by postural habits, repetitive movements, injuries and traumas – or just the stresses of modern life.

Remedial massage aims to trace the original reason for the pain, tackling both the cause of the problem and the symptoms and is used to treat specific injuries or muscular dysfunction, this in turn will work to rebalance the body and contribute to optimal health.

You will begin with an assessment of posture, strength and range of motion which allows your treatment to be individually designed to target the root cause of problem areas using a range of massage techniques.

Average treatment time 1 hour – £40.00
